Real estate of all types - be it private,
commercial or agricultural - is traded at
the Allgemeine Börse where Hamburg estate
agents gather to close property sales in the
greater metropolitan area of Hamburg.
The Ring Deutscher Makler (RDM)
) is the association of German real estate
brokers; the Verband Deutscher Makler
(VDM) is the regional association of German
estate agents and brokers. Together with the
Hamburg-based publishing company Axel
Springer Verlag, RDM operates the online
real estate marketplace Immonet, which not
only features the properties on offer at the
Allgemeine Börse Hamburg but also offers
prospective clients a convenient method for
house- and flat-hunting, finding commercial
and/or industrial space in Hamburg as well
as Germany, extending even outside the
country to international locations.
